Getting HOT SEXY women with Personal Value!!


As I walked into the bar with my buds, I looked around to see who is staring back at me. I looked around feeling so confident because I just got a new haircut, whitened my teeth and now down to 10% body fat. I start to walk through the bar and already a girl start to pull on my shirt asking me what my name was. Through the whole night I continue to get the response from many women throughout the night as I start to develop a self esteem that is unparalleled that I had before. Thinking about it, reading documents on how any man can seduce a woman I look at the article and disagree. Even though the techniques would work on some women, I think the women that put hours upon hours in the gym and pay a butt load of money to do their hair want a man that put the same importance in themselves as their partners.

I like the way I feel when I workout and I like the attention that the opposite sex gives me when I am out and about. I will refer back to social value and the confident level that you can create when of course you take care of yourself physically. It also will create a mental atmosphere where you can maneuver and start to be apart of the social scene. Like I said time and time again you don’t have to be in great shape but to tell you the truth if you want a hot, sexy women that you know goes to the gym you may need to hit the weights and lose weight. Just like a car you need to take care of it so it looks nice and new right? Same concept, a women will not want an overweight man that has lost teeth and hair because they don’t take care of themselves, you must understand that physicality is apart of the relationship too. So that said she is going want the value of a man to be at her level or above.

Now there is many questions you have on how to change yourself, and it took me about 2 years to realize this. I have been in the shadows of my friends for awhile and I just thought it was the way life is but didn’t accept that. I started to do research and found that you must adopt a new lifestyle, a new pattern of thinking if you wanted to change your life. I was a passive aggressive and now I am assertive, I was overweight and out of shape and now I run ten miles every other day. It’s a thought process and how to develop the thought of changing your new life, don’t accept it, change now for a better healthier you!!
