Attracting Woman techniques: "ATTENTION" WE ALL LOVE IT

So recently I have been reading articles from blogs and other websites that have seduction techniques and certain ways of attracting woman. Well I was determined to see if this worked so I stuck myself out there and tried some of these techniques and here is what I came up with. Reinventing some of them helped me develop confidence in myself so the first one I call is “I love ATTENTION" Technique. Kind of utilized other peoples techniques and put them all in one and it was a great benefit utilizing its core attention skills.

Be a better man in 2011

Scratch my Idea, I first stepped into this blog to try to understand how to become an Alpha Male, being able to understand woman, muscle bound with a better career . I now know that that is not what I was looking for, it is becoming a better man in general and to age better than my siblings but I had to notice my faults and actually try to create a new life or better life and now I know my goals.  People tell each other you have to have goals in order to make your own expectations and know I have my goals I think this would sound a little better.  "I love attention" is what I say all the time but the problem is the attention I was looking for was a negative one where I would be passive and complain and create Excuses for why I failed at something without even trying.  I think it stemmed from having a childhood that was less than average if there is an average. I really didnt have much of a mentor or father figure so I am learning this on my own.

The whole working out part worked in more than just being healthy, it creates more ideas than I thought. My endorphins are running wild and confidence is better than ever, but with confidence that puts you at another level you have to maintain it. For some reason other males decide to challenge your new found acceptance as if they know if your faking. I was challenged more than one time about my confidence and that is why I need goals and practice these new found talents because my confidence was shot the first time someone stepped to me. The woman noticed the new confidence as well and I was very happy for that. Girls actually staring at me and having woman talk to me was something I have not had that in awhile so lets see what the new week brings?

Fitness

So to start this off right is to have a plan and reading up on fitness plans I have chosen a Diet and fitness plan to achieve my goal for the next 4 weeks:

-A diet that consists of leaner proteins such as chicken breasts and egg whites
-A higher intensity workout plan that involves bulking up and cutting the extra fat off
-remembering the basics of all metabolic breakdown I need to remember four of the basic information
   1. Always eat breakfast with higher protein and fiber
   2. Eat in smaller portions throughout the day (eat about 5 times a day)
   3. If I do eat fat then eat anything that is natural fat (fat=energy) as long as you keep active.
   4. Carbs are good only if they are complex carbs and you utilize them for energy when working out

My workouts will be basic for the first couple of weeks trying to bulk up. Today I did my chest which I know I will be hurting tomorrow from it so I must remember to drink a protein shake 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after any muscle resistance workout.
Mondays:
   Chest
   -Incline dumbell press 1 warmup set of 8  3 regular sets 7
   -Dumbell press    1 warmup set of 8  3 regular sets 7
   -decline butterfllies  1 warmup set of 8  3 regular sets 7
   - Dips 1 warmup set of 8  3 regular sets 7

So this is a start for something I hope is a transformation to a better and confident me!

THE START OF A NEW BEGINNING

 So they say a journey only starts with a first step so here is my first step. This is an experiment but also a journey to teach myself how to become the ultimate Alpha Male.  I was always a man that allowed things to happen for me and didn’t allow myself to try to attain my own dreams. I have been reading books and articles on things to make me a better male in a guy sense the "Alpha Male" and reading and doing is a whole different ball game. Having little experience with talking to the opposite sex or even attracting them is hard for me, Confidence is something I don’t have and I am trying but there are steps I am going to have to take. So throughout this blog I am going to take strides and maybe sprints through certain issues that a majority of males have when it comes to becoming a better MAN. From Self Confidence to trying to talk to your dream girl or developing self esteem to make you ready for that step, Teaching each other self discipline and creating self awareness throughout. Each week I will post a new task for myself to complete and upon completion I will continue to use this new tool and combine with the other tools I will attain. I am hoping by doing this I will be able to become one of the men that attract woman, Get the promotion, break free from my passive behavior to become more assertive in all aspects of my life.

Hypothesis: They say that working out can raise your endorphins to create more of a happier outlook on life creating a self evaluation on one self in more of a positive outlook:  basically creating "Self Esteem"
