Lose Weight Instantly!! Motivational (part 1 of 3)

Yes lose it instantly!! It can happen, to lose weight instantly and I can show you how. What you need to be is to just relax and just picture a serene look over the ocean. Do I have your attention yet? No? Well as you picture what else do you see? I would say you probably see sand and clouds correct? I can get to the point here in a moment but first let’s continue to picture your perfect day at the beach with just you.

As you look around you see the house you want or maybe have and you probably see the life you want correct? A dream or reality but most important what else do you picture could it possibly be a yacht in the distance or possibly a nice cold beer next to you. Still continue to picture this immaculate view creating a warmer day with a better breeze making it an almost perfect day.  Now that you have this mental picture in your mind look down, is the body you want the same as the house or ocean you see in front of you? That answer is up to you and totally in the confines of your own decision to create that image.

Lose weight easier!!

It is three o’clock and I am wide awake. The only thing on was infomercials about how to lose weight and build muscle. The person talking, a tanned hyped version of Arnold yelling at me on ways to improve and lose the extra weight. Being a skeptic that I am I quickly turn to another channel but still another weight loss program ready to yell at me. Continually over and over again as I switch one thousand channels I get on a station playing a movie as I start to finally dose off. Dreaming of the infomercials because of the memory lag in my mind I start thinking on how people overspend on these expensive products that people soon pawn off to friends because they have no motivation for it.

Now I am not saying that this stuff works because it does as long as you have self discipline for it. Diet fads and other retrospective “Weight loss” products have some potential and even supportive reasoning behind it but what I am purposing is self motivation. When I was in High School I had a best friend who was overly obese but one of those funny ones, you know what I am talking about. He was a guy who was always downing himself because he also was short and not a lot of self esteem. At the beginning of my senior year he came back from the summer and I did not even recognize him. He lost over 50 pounds that summer and I didn’t understand how or why.

From this day I am still amazed on how his transformation gave me some inspiration to do things in my life. With all of the aspects in my life I have always lived through everyone else’s success and I love them for it. Determination is you telling yourself to get back up after falling a million and one time, and you keep doing that even though you are failing miserably. Expensive gyms, CD’s, personal trainer’s and Diet supplements are all there for your use but you have to remember nothing is ever easy as I learned throughout my years of failing, I just pick my self up again. These products work and they will always work, you just need some self discipline. You need to stop that self sabotage that I have experienced a thousand times and go for your goals.

There are many ways to lose the extra weight but you had to think logically and self discipline:

  • Have a plan-you can’t just wing it when you are trying to discipline. Try to make your lunches and leave your money at home. You will have to plan what you will eat at what breaks.
  • Create goals- per week write down your goals and what you want to accomplish. By the end of the week you should be one more step to being thinner.
  • Use the products for the benefit- If you do try the DVD’s or even the diet pills “fat burners” you have to have the goal of accomplishing it with a diet because if you don’t you wont lose you actually may come out gaining weight.

In essence learn from the experts, if you are going to buy these products don’t just do it half a*& you need to create goals and stick to them!!

Spring Fever!!

It is upon us the spring has hit and now all I see is dresses and skirts. Get excited over this because this is the time of love, pools, BBQ’s and patios. Well if you are not excited that means you are not truly ready and need a little bit of encouragement. Maybe you need to adjust your look, work out, or change your wardrobe. Let’s look at this in perspective if you have not been excited about the spring that means you truly have not enjoyed the true feeling of warmer weather as a single male dude on the hunt for the ultimate feeling. With low self esteem and decreasing male libido means only one thing: you need to change up your game and experience.

I love spring because of the women and the more things you can do. Skin and warm weather is just exciting to me but let’s look at a couple of things to do if your game is not cutting it:

  • Weight- well now that the winter is done that means you can lose the extra five to ten pounds you put on in hibernation.
    • Run for at least 30-45 minutes every other day
    • Change up your diet to have high protein and low carbohydrates; also you do need to do some calorie counting. Try this link http://health.drgily.com/basal-metabolic-rate-calculator.php and remember that the more calories you burn and the less intake = weight loss
    • Muscle resistance is always my favorite but always use your brain on this one. You need to have a plan on what you do and try not to overwork your muscles. EX:  5 minute warm up, 30 minute muscle group (chest, back, shoulders, or legs) 15 minutes secondary muscles (Triceps, Biceps, or core) then do 10-15 minutes if cardio. Take it from this guy http://fitnesslk.blogspot.com/
    • Resist temptations-remember that food is a necessity not a privilege. What this means is that you don’t have to eat at McDonald’s so think healthy.
  • Change up wardrobe- This is very essential if you are still wearing the same gear from winter. You will need to put away the sweaters and break out the shorts and plaid shoes. T-shirts that will accentuate the newly developed muscles, perhaps a v-neck.
  • Get some color- I am not saying go to the tanning bed every day but you need to maybe go outside and get the skin a little refreshed with the UV rays that also give out Vitamin- D. Remember to much of something is bad for you and most things are good in moderation.
  • Enjoy the outdoors- get outside and do something like hiking, rock climbing or something that will get your blood pumping.
  • Enjoy a patio- there is nothing better than just sitting outside on your own, a buddies or a bar patio but enjoy it because it feels so good to enjoy some suds in warm weather.
  • Be single- now this is only for the single dudes but enjoy the women in your life and if you don’t have some get some. Read my other blogs on how to meet women and just get out there because I love the skin and you should to.

So now that we have discussed what to do for the spring we need to boldly go where you have not done before. No holding back and be strong on your values, don’t party too hard and enjoy other things besides just the bar and booze. Enjoy life as it brings fullness and new things to your life.

Losing weight is simple!

So I was going to the gym the other day and it dawned on me while I was reading an article. People want a quick fix for everything right?! The magical cure for losing weight is taking pills and weighting for results or if you have enough money you can do a tummy tuck or Lipo. I was sitting here wondering why I was in the gym two hours a day trying to perfect myself when there are magical drugs out there to keep everyone skinny. So I wondered about the results and as I was of course "googling" I found many websites frowning on the effects of these diet pills. Reading further into them I was really concerned about people spending money on things that really have no effect.

Losing weight takes concentration!

Being healthy is a lifestyle change that everyone wishes for and few actually achieve. Being healthy is a way of life for many people who want to better themselves as they become older and has depletion of many hormones that sustain their life. Many people have not achieved overall satisfaction in being healthy even the ones who practice being healthy. Why is this? How can we overcome our desire to eat junk food and not exercise? There is a simple way to achieve this by simply changing the mindset of one:
