Reinvent yourself

As the days become shorter you start to realize that you are letting time pass you by. A middle aged man that has been drinking his 20’s away you wake up and realize you are not where you want to be. I can tell you that everyone puts them in the position of where they want to be and nothing is by chance or luck. Do you think you would win the lottery if you have never played it ( putting yourself in the pool). The answer is no, luck has nothing to do with lottery just putting yourself in the pool of others who would like to win.
The same thing you can say about life, life is a pool of winners and losers, if you are not winning you are losing and nothing can put you where you want to be besides you. Motivation is key in the game of everything, but you have to have a strategy before you enter into the game of life. Goals are great when you tell someone or you tell yourself you will do whatever you want to do but what happens, your goals diminish after a couple of hours because you don’t prepare. Many people in life prepare for what they want to become from a basketball player who has to practice to hit the difficult shots to the stock broker who studies the charts every minute of every day to the doctor who has to go to school for 8 years plus.
If you believe that people are just found for their talent you are surely kidding yourself. Many of the actors like Kevin Spacey and other greats stood behind the amazing stars before they got a chance. You need to make a goal and a chance to be great, a chance to show the world what you are capable of. Set goals which will make your life better as a whole and it doesn’t have to be going to the bar every weekend.
·        Don’t like your job- change jobs or better yet get a degree or another if you have one.
·        Step out on your own- go to the movies by yourself etc. you don’t need your best bud to go with you everywhere.
·        Do something that you have always wanted to do- make goals and get rid of the things that get in the way everyday.
·        Restart your passion- if something doesn’t work, back up then go at it again.

These are something’s to create a more cognitive thought on how to change an aspect of your life. Hence “your life” so go out and do it and do it like you mean it!!

Allowing yourself to make decisions finally!!

What is capitalism in America? Being a realist I always have to wonder about what America is doing right that the rest of the world is doing wrong. I take a look at the McDonald commercials on T.V. broadcasting to my Child knowing that it would destroy him one day. The toy is intriguing to him as he taps me in the arm asking me to get him this great toy that cost them a penny to make but I will be paying 3.99 for it. Soon his diet will be the dollar cheeseburger in which costs twice as much as me making a meal for him at home. I shake my head at the one’s that allow this to be the staple of America, allowing TV to babysit the kids and fast food to be the nightly dinners. I take a look at our educational system as it teaches our children to try for a better “Job” instead of creating jobs. We look at our fascist country as the rich get richer and of course the poor get poorer.

Common Sense is a term used for people to use in the obvious; it is something we have all had to deal with having epiphanies of what is! The use of many terms in which facts is staring you in the face but you tend to erase what you know and replace with the norm. It may not be your fault but what society is telling you what the norm is. What you have to understand there is no norm but the differences between people is what connects us to one another. It is what intrigues us all to the brink of discovery but you my friend have to understand its corruptible capabilities.

Opening your eyes to what you already have seen but have not fixed the habit is something we all have to change. A behavioral characteristic is something we all develop through our time on this world, our mind is a sponge and adaptability is what keeps us alive. Learning from parents and kids at school is all you have come upon in what you know is your personality and you think you were born with it. The understanding of oneself is to know what you are capable of and changing yourself into what you want to be and what you want your children to model after. I have experienced many failures in my life and have openly admitted defeats but it was I to blame for all the wretched indiscretions that I have opposed on to others.

I look out into the world and I still find myself repeating the mistakes that I have failed to fix before but as I notice my behavioral characteristics I have found myself beating myself up again. I started the life change 2 years prior to this date and what I’ve learned is no one should accept who they are if they are not happy with themselves. We must thrive on what is reality and what I believe is that we as people must overcome our own obstacles in life and make better decisions. Logics over emotions can be a gateway to a better life and understanding this concept was something I had to learn the hard way. I was married before this and being married to women that continually used manipulation against me was something I hadn’t experienced and being Naive I went with it till one day I woke up and was not happy.

My journey has always started their and realized I had a lot of growing up to do not only for my son but for myself and allowing this to continue I needed to show him I was strong for him. I continually allow my self to grow mentally and physically to understanding the universe in my own sense and to allow others to direct me to answers I have not found. Remember when you are done learning is when you begin teaching. Allow yourself to experience all of what life has to offer! Using common sense to rule out bad decisions and the pressures of society can bring you good as long as you make the decision for a better you!

Lose weight easier!!

It is three o’clock and I am wide awake. The only thing on was infomercials about how to lose weight and build muscle. The person talking, a tanned hyped version of Arnold yelling at me on ways to improve and lose the extra weight. Being a skeptic that I am I quickly turn to another channel but still another weight loss program ready to yell at me. Continually over and over again as I switch one thousand channels I get on a station playing a movie as I start to finally dose off. Dreaming of the infomercials because of the memory lag in my mind I start thinking on how people overspend on these expensive products that people soon pawn off to friends because they have no motivation for it.

Now I am not saying that this stuff works because it does as long as you have self discipline for it. Diet fads and other retrospective “Weight loss” products have some potential and even supportive reasoning behind it but what I am purposing is self motivation. When I was in High School I had a best friend who was overly obese but one of those funny ones, you know what I am talking about. He was a guy who was always downing himself because he also was short and not a lot of self esteem. At the beginning of my senior year he came back from the summer and I did not even recognize him. He lost over 50 pounds that summer and I didn’t understand how or why.

From this day I am still amazed on how his transformation gave me some inspiration to do things in my life. With all of the aspects in my life I have always lived through everyone else’s success and I love them for it. Determination is you telling yourself to get back up after falling a million and one time, and you keep doing that even though you are failing miserably. Expensive gyms, CD’s, personal trainer’s and Diet supplements are all there for your use but you have to remember nothing is ever easy as I learned throughout my years of failing, I just pick my self up again. These products work and they will always work, you just need some self discipline. You need to stop that self sabotage that I have experienced a thousand times and go for your goals.

There are many ways to lose the extra weight but you had to think logically and self discipline:

  • Have a plan-you can’t just wing it when you are trying to discipline. Try to make your lunches and leave your money at home. You will have to plan what you will eat at what breaks.
  • Create goals- per week write down your goals and what you want to accomplish. By the end of the week you should be one more step to being thinner.
  • Use the products for the benefit- If you do try the DVD’s or even the diet pills “fat burners” you have to have the goal of accomplishing it with a diet because if you don’t you wont lose you actually may come out gaining weight.

In essence learn from the experts, if you are going to buy these products don’t just do it half a*& you need to create goals and stick to them!!
