Three Ways To Make Her “Want" More

Driving home for a long day of work I decided to take the long route home. Driving through the side streets, I started to wonder about my life and where was I headed. The house with a white picket fence was always the plan I thought as I drove through the neighborhood.
Recently I developed a relationship with a young women, we will call her “Mel.” I was head over heels for this women, she even enjoyed working out together. I felt like I was on cloud nine. We recently started to say the “L” word if you could believe it. Everything was perfect, almost too perfect.

"I feel a vibration from my left hip pocket."

It was Mel asking if we could talk. I wasn’t worried. We don’t fight or get angry at each other, what is the worst that can happen? When I get home I couldn’t wait to get on the phone to talk to her (felt like a school kid again). The phone kept ringing and ringing, “maybe she was going to call me?” I thought out loud. Three days passed without talking to her. In the middle of the day I get a text from her; It reads “I am sorry but I just can’t do this, you seem so perfect, we don’t fight or argue, I feel like we are way too comfortable with each other.” My heart drops. What does she mean that we are way too comfortable? I text back with no reply. No reply ever again.

This is a story I hear over and over again. Man gets women, women gets scared because of complacency, Women leaves man. It’s not our fault, we didn't do anything wrong right? Time and time again, I hear the same old sob story about how the girl felt like it was moving too fast or not moving too fast. I think that is just bull. Recently I was on the other side of the spectrum. I started to date this girl. She was nice and beautiful, giving me lots of attention but that's all it was. I felt a connection but didn’t feel like I was getting what all good relationships needed.

So I developed a three step method to utilize if you feel things are becoming too comfortable.

        Become “un” needy

-     Most men become very comfortable and therefore needy. This is a big no no. You need to be seen as her equal not a groveling dog. Create space between her and you. You don’t need to see her every day, go do things for yourself.

         Create goals

This is a piggy back off of the first step. If you are able to see her every day that means you are not a busy person. You my friend have become complacent. Start to tackle some of those goals that you set aside. Get a degree, lose weight, start a side business, whatever it is do it. It not only shows that you care for your life but helps her understand where you stand in hers. It increases your value in the relationship.

       Keep her guessing

Now that you are out of the house and have become a busy man, she may want some time with you. This is where you can plan something special. You may want to plan a picnic at sunset or a romantic dinner (cooked by you) at home where you can cuddle and watch a romantic comedy. Try to keep the relationship different and fun.

With these three steps, you will keep her guessing and increase value for the relationship. Try to use these steps and leave a comment below to tell me what you did. Also visit my sister blog www.artofbeau.com

Lose Weight Instantly!! Motivational (part 1 of 3)

Yes lose it instantly!! It can happen, to lose weight instantly and I can show you how. What you need to be is to just relax and just picture a serene look over the ocean. Do I have your attention yet? No? Well as you picture what else do you see? I would say you probably see sand and clouds correct? I can get to the point here in a moment but first let’s continue to picture your perfect day at the beach with just you.

As you look around you see the house you want or maybe have and you probably see the life you want correct? A dream or reality but most important what else do you picture could it possibly be a yacht in the distance or possibly a nice cold beer next to you. Still continue to picture this immaculate view creating a warmer day with a better breeze making it an almost perfect day.  Now that you have this mental picture in your mind look down, is the body you want the same as the house or ocean you see in front of you? That answer is up to you and totally in the confines of your own decision to create that image.

I am a Realist…

Thinking back at my life I never would have thought I would be here! In a place where I have so many decisions to make and it will not only affect me but everyone around me. I continue to drum the fingers on the table as I think of the words to come to mind and putting it down on paper. The words correlating with one another as if they were smeared on there like peanut butter, words looking more like pictures. I continue to get mental fatigue, running out of words and even breathe saying them over and over.

Lose weight easier!!

It is three o’clock and I am wide awake. The only thing on was infomercials about how to lose weight and build muscle. The person talking, a tanned hyped version of Arnold yelling at me on ways to improve and lose the extra weight. Being a skeptic that I am I quickly turn to another channel but still another weight loss program ready to yell at me. Continually over and over again as I switch one thousand channels I get on a station playing a movie as I start to finally dose off. Dreaming of the infomercials because of the memory lag in my mind I start thinking on how people overspend on these expensive products that people soon pawn off to friends because they have no motivation for it.

Now I am not saying that this stuff works because it does as long as you have self discipline for it. Diet fads and other retrospective “Weight loss” products have some potential and even supportive reasoning behind it but what I am purposing is self motivation. When I was in High School I had a best friend who was overly obese but one of those funny ones, you know what I am talking about. He was a guy who was always downing himself because he also was short and not a lot of self esteem. At the beginning of my senior year he came back from the summer and I did not even recognize him. He lost over 50 pounds that summer and I didn’t understand how or why.

From this day I am still amazed on how his transformation gave me some inspiration to do things in my life. With all of the aspects in my life I have always lived through everyone else’s success and I love them for it. Determination is you telling yourself to get back up after falling a million and one time, and you keep doing that even though you are failing miserably. Expensive gyms, CD’s, personal trainer’s and Diet supplements are all there for your use but you have to remember nothing is ever easy as I learned throughout my years of failing, I just pick my self up again. These products work and they will always work, you just need some self discipline. You need to stop that self sabotage that I have experienced a thousand times and go for your goals.

There are many ways to lose the extra weight but you had to think logically and self discipline:

  • Have a plan-you can’t just wing it when you are trying to discipline. Try to make your lunches and leave your money at home. You will have to plan what you will eat at what breaks.
  • Create goals- per week write down your goals and what you want to accomplish. By the end of the week you should be one more step to being thinner.
  • Use the products for the benefit- If you do try the DVD’s or even the diet pills “fat burners” you have to have the goal of accomplishing it with a diet because if you don’t you wont lose you actually may come out gaining weight.

In essence learn from the experts, if you are going to buy these products don’t just do it half a*& you need to create goals and stick to them!!

Losing weight is simple!

So I was going to the gym the other day and it dawned on me while I was reading an article. People want a quick fix for everything right?! The magical cure for losing weight is taking pills and weighting for results or if you have enough money you can do a tummy tuck or Lipo. I was sitting here wondering why I was in the gym two hours a day trying to perfect myself when there are magical drugs out there to keep everyone skinny. So I wondered about the results and as I was of course "googling" I found many websites frowning on the effects of these diet pills. Reading further into them I was really concerned about people spending money on things that really have no effect.

Losing weight takes concentration!

Being healthy is a lifestyle change that everyone wishes for and few actually achieve. Being healthy is a way of life for many people who want to better themselves as they become older and has depletion of many hormones that sustain their life. Many people have not achieved overall satisfaction in being healthy even the ones who practice being healthy. Why is this? How can we overcome our desire to eat junk food and not exercise? There is a simple way to achieve this by simply changing the mindset of one:
